Confidence. Craft. Community.
BeXD Create’s advanced teens training ensemble for high school students who are serious about growing their performers skills.
Designed for intermediate to advanced young artists, this audition-only program blends high-level training with real-world creative projects, all delivered in a nurturing and professional environment. It’s for teens who want to deepen their craft, challenge themselves creatively, and connect with other passionate performers.
Welcome to YADA — Young Artist Development Alliance.
YADA is run by working industry professionals who know how to challenge and support students in equal measure. Your teachers currently work in the industry - they walk the walk and know what they are talking about. We’re proud to offer a space where young performers are treated like artists, not just students - with respect, encouragement and high expectations.

What Will Students Do in YADA?
This term’s focus includes:
– Audition technique and professional preparation
– Building a personal repertoire of monologues and songs
– Improv for performance and ensemble development
– Weekly choreography challenges to strengthen dance skills
– Recording vocals and mic technique for a Musical Theatre cover
– Filming a group Music Video
We’ll be taking a short break from Wingwalkers, our original musical in development, while the next edit is completed.
This class is designed to prepare young performers to thrive in musical theatre (whether professional or community), while prioritising joy, resilience, and self-awareness.
Who is YADA for?
This isn’t a class where we hide the veggies. The fun comes from doing the work.
YADA students are treated like emerging professionals. In return, we ask for focus, preparation, and a willingness to try, make mistakes, and try again. You don’t need to be pursuing a career in musical theatre - but you do need to love learning, practice and want to level up your skills.
Whether you’ve been performing for years or just started to take your acting, singing or dance more seriously, this class is here to push you and your skills - while keeping confidence, creativity and wellbeing at the centre of it all.
