Adult Singing (Term 3) - Indro

This class is designed for absolute beginners and experienced singers alike. Whether you haven’t sung since school, love to belt it out in the car, or are ready to refine your skills in a warm, welcoming environment — this is your space.

Adult Singing is more than just a class. It’s a place to explore your voice, reconnect with music, and build confidence in a group of like-minded adults who are here for the same reason: to do something creative for themselves.

You’ll be guided by professional vocal coaches who know how to support, challenge and inspire - no pressure, no judgement, just growth, joy and great music.

Term 3 Program Details

When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: St Andrew’s Anglican Church Hall, Indooroopilly
Term 3 Dates: 22nd July – 9th September 2025
Cost: $600 (for the 8-week term)
One-Off Class: $75

What Will You Do in Adult Singing?

This term’s focus includes:
– Vocal technique fundamentals (breath, pitch, tone and placement)
– Masterclass-style individual coaching
– Exploring expression, emotion and storytelling through song
– Singing solo and in small groups with supportive feedback
– Vocal health strategies for all experience levels
– Songs from multiple genres (pop, folk, musical theatre and more)
– Confidence-building exercises and ensemble moments

Each class includes group warm-ups, individual guidance, and time to sing, share and grow. You’ll learn not just how to sing - but how to enjoy your voice again, or maybe for the first time.

Who is this class for?

This class is for adults aged 18+ who want to explore or return to singing in a supportive, uplifting environment. No experience needed — just a desire to try something for yourself.

Whether you’re nervous or ready to go, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with joy and skill.

Showcase
You’ll have the option to share a song or ensemble piece during a relaxed in-class showcase in the final 10–20 minutes of class on Tuesday 9th September. Participation is encouraged, but never required.
